As the first “second generation” FirstWatch team member (her mother is Debbie Gilligan), Katelyn started as an Executive Assistant, then advanced to Solution specialist – OCU, and now leads the Project Management department here at FirstWatch. Katelyn helps manage all aspects of a project’s implementation cycle; contract negotiations, coordinating data source integrations and working with each department within FirstWatch to ensure things run smoothly.
One of FirstWatch’s core principles is the importance of teamwork among employees, and since joining the company in 2012, Katelyn has truly exemplified that. “Working with such a fun and successful team is very rewarding, especially knowing that I have opportunities to have an impact on that success. I really enjoy working with many different and talented people at all levels of the company and find myself learning something new every day.”
Born and raised in sunny San Diego, Katelyn enjoys anything outdoors. She has a love for traveling to Italy and Greece high on her bucket list.
