Nancy Rodenhausen was the first full-time FirstWatch employee hired by Todd in 2003. Whether it’s getting a customer a renewal quote or answering benefits questions for employees, Nancy Rodenhausen keeps the FirstWatch headquarters humming. From office manager to now part-time tradeshow coordinator, the word “retirement” doesn’t seem to be in her future, or vocabulary.
Nancy earned her AA in Liberal Arts from Mount Ida College in Boston, Mass. Having worked in industries as varied as banking, commercial real estate, hospital administration, insurance, and computer sales, her most treasured pre-Firstwatch career was her self-run desktop publishing business. Nancy really is a “jack of all trades.” Nancy knows the importance of making sure a company’s internal processes are well-run and highly organized, enabling the company principals to focus on its customers.
Outside of work Nancy enjoys hiking, reading, visiting friends. She has been married for over 40 years to her husband and best friend. Together they share a love of travel, most recently visiting Bermuda and New York. It is their dream to someday visit Italy so that her husband might take cooking lessons.
