Sara Cinquegrani Cappiello

Executive Coordinator

Sara Cinquegrani Cappiello has a special role with the FirstWatch team. By coordinating and organizing the daily activities for Todd Stout, founder and president, she allows him to focus on what matters, the customers and his team. As Todd’s coordinator, Sara keeps his calendar, arranges travel, takes notes and ensures he meets every obligation, from an email request from a customer, to a presentation at a conference, to internal and external meetings. “I interact with everyone in the organization and enjoy working with my team members,” she says. “I know what I do in a small way helps make others’ lives better.”

Sara earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Northeastern University in Chicago. She worked in a hospital setting in an administrative capacity for nine years until she moved to San Diego in 2016.

Sara enjoys to travel, especially to Chicago and Sicily to visit relatives – she moved here from Italy at the age of 6. Sara has two daughters, a son, and six grandchildren.
