Terry Fitch

Director of Sales

Terry Fitch began his EMS and Fire career soon after graduating high school in 1976. After high school, Terry went to college to learn and get a degree in electronics in hopes of becoming an industrial two-way radio technician in an effort to follow his father’s trade in the family business. After becoming a volunteer firefighter and also working part-time as an EMT in the mid 1970’s, it was inevitable that Public Safety was going to be a renewed direction of career. Since that time, Terry has developed a comprehensive background ranging from working in the field as an EMT to operations of dispatch systems that include strategic deployment of resources and the measurement of system status using statistical analytics. However, for the last two and a half decades his experience in the industry have been in direct sales.

Terry joined the FirstWatch team in 2013 and, at that point, brought with him over 37 years of experience in public safety and sales. Terry began his sales experience after leaving AMR (Colorado) in 1995 learning a new trade at TriTech Software Systems as an Account Executive being part of the TriTech sales team for over 17 years. He began his new life chapter with FirstWatch, in sales, and became one of the FirstWatch Regional Managers working with prospective clients using his consultative skills.

Terry now leads the sales team as the FirstWatch Director of Sales working with four Regional Managers, the Sales Experience Coordinator and the Vice President of Business Development. On a personal note, Terry has been married to his best friend since 1991, and together they share their life with his Mom and Aunt, three daughters, four grandsons, and two granddaughters. Now that all of their children are grown and have kids of their own, Terry and his wife focus on the great things in life such as being part of People Helping People.
